Trattamento della vascolarizzazione retinica in seguito a trattamento con anti-VEGF nella retinopatia dei prematuri: confronto tra Ranibizumab e Bevacizumab.

PEDIATRIC & STRABISM Adana – mechentel news – nel settembre 2016, nella rivista Ophthalmologica, E Alymac Sukgen e il suo team hanno dimostrato che non esiste alcuna differenza tra i due trattamenti in termini di tempo di comparsa della vascolarizzazione. Delle zone avascolarizzate possono rimanere alla periferia retinica in entrambi e può essere necessario un ri-trattamento. Se il trattamento consisteva in una monoterapia, le recidive erano più frequenti nel gruppo ranibizumab. Lo studio retrospettivo ha esaminato 44 occhi trattati con bevacizumab e 46 occhi trattati con ranibizumab. (mm)
