CATARACT Baltimore – mechentel news – Dans l’Am J Ophthalmol. de novembre 2014, U Soiberman a montré que la suture irienne d’implant subluxé était efficace et conduit à une stabilité au long terme dans 93.55 % des cas. L’étude rétrospective de 72 yeux consécutifs a porté sur amélioration de l’acuité, sur l’astigmatisme induit et sur les complications post chirurgicales. Au bilan final les implants étaient stables et bien centrés dans 93.55% des cas. On note 2 cas de glaucome développés en post opératoire. (pb)
